Mark T. Smith grew up in Brooklyn New York. He graduated from Pratt University in 1990. His career took off at age 22 when he landed a job with Walt Disney. From there, he proceeded to work for Chevrolet, Absolut Vodka, Pepsi, and Vh1 ( just to name a few). This year he became an official Olympic artist. " His work is very colorful and appeals to the youth of America and the world" says Jack Scharr, owner and president of Fine Art Ltd. in Chesterfield Mo.
He works with traditional forms of art. Marks work consists of mainly paintings, sculptures and drawings. he is a strong believer that art has the power to change our lives. Art should be incorporated in every day life. A lot of his work has been shown in galleries and museums.
